Between 14:05 and 14:47 UTC a queue consumer fell behind, so webhook events reached endpoints late. Messages were sent on time and every event was delivered once the backlog cleared.
What we changed
We added an alert on consumer lag and doubled the minimum consumer count. This is placeholder incident copy: replace it with your own post-mortem.
